Strategic Guidance for AI That Delivers
GenAI skillsets can assist any business, but specialised knowledge of what outcomes to expect from AI, and which AI tools will be most useful, is the starting point.
We offer strategic, one-to-one GenAI training in two phases, followed by regular check-ins throughout the year. This is essential because AI solutions are constantly changing, improving and shifting as the large tech players compete in the battle to productise the most useful tools. The pace of change is much faster with AI than any previous technology revolution, so it’s an ongoing learning challenge (and opportunity) for business owners.

Phase One: Critical Understanding of AI

- Understanding what AI is, the history and where AI came from. Then, the future and where AI is going
- The philosophy behind AI and its utility in business
- What is AI good at and what outcomes should we expect from AI
- The differences between human and machine brains, optimising human versus machine
- intelligence in your day-to-day workflow
- Changing mindsets to view AI less like a tool and more like a PA or an intern in your business
- Learning how to shift mundane tasks onto AI

The above to be delivered as a 2.5-hour in- person training
Phase Two: Your Specific AI Workflow

- Grasping and categorising the specific day-to-day operational tasks in your business
- Looking at specific AI toolkits and how they might be used in your workflow

- Understanding the ways that AI is constantly advancing, thereby creating a future action plan for staying on top of AI
- Ongoing updates as AI changes and evolves
